The traditional Peruvian cuisine of COYA is coming to Paris for the first time with the opening of a restaurant September 6th 2019. COYA first opened in London, in 2012. Since then, the brand has grown and opened four other restaurants in Dubai, Abhu Dhabi, Monte Carlo and Angel Court London.
