Cinnamon bun heaven
Discovery of the week in London : the bakery Bread Ahead. Came across this teal bakery near Regents Street, just outside Kingly Court and saw the big vase full of cinnamon rolls. The bakery was founded in 2013 in Borough Market and the Bakery School opened in 2014.

Inside the bakery, all the food is presented right in front of you. You can choose anything from mozzarella and tomato sandwiches, to salmon and cream cheese bun, hot croissant with melted cheese and ham and more. Bread Ahead sells many pastries from cinnamon rolls, carrot cakes, croissants, chocolate cakes, etc. They also make amazing stuffed donuts with different types of cream and jams. You can find gluten-free products and healthy options too.

Everything is freshly made and both sandwiches and desserts are delicious. Bread Ahead has three shops in London. Their original stall is situated in the following locations at the following times in Borough Market, Cathedral Street, London SE1 9DE. They also have baking classes in Borough Market (90£ for a three hour class where you can learn to make their delicious donuts and other classes available on their website).
