COYA first opened in London, in 2012. Since then, the brand has grown and opened four other restaurants in Dubai, Abhu Dhabi, Monte Carlo and Angel Court London.

A beautiful location

For their new opening in Paris, COYA has invested in a spectacular location : an old church in the 7th arrondissement. With a total of 700 square meters, 2 floors, 130 seats, a ceviche counter and an imposing Pisco Bar & Lounge, as well as a terrace. The restaurant’s interior is inspired by the South American culture and the Inca heritage, with a colourful decoration and a contemporary architecture by the London design studio SAGRADA. This restaurant is going to become one of the trendiest South American restaurant in Paris, competing with the Manko Paris on the other site of the Seine.

South American cuisine

The traditional Peruvian cuisine also breathes of Chinese and Japanese influences. A lifestyle, a vibrant and joyful culture. The unique art of mixology and homemade infusions of Peruvian pisco that COYA masters so well.

Eat, drink and enjoy the show

COYA offers a full experience, with its fine Peruvian cuisine, its pisco sour bar but also the COYA Collective where artists, writers, musicians and creators meet all year long and offer exclusive cultural and musical events such as artistic pop-ups, live performance shows, exhibitions…
